This is most important! This is such an addiction…I’ve seen universtiy students not students cross an intersection without looking up from their phone!
I turn my phone off every evening and all day Sunday! I use my cell phone for work, I could be very happy without it for days on end. I am of the generation who lived nicely without email or cell phones, while this technology is convenient and quick, it is also intrusive. I find I do not want to be accessible to a ringing phone.
