Rose recently spoke to Kristina Carillo-Bucaram, vegan pioneer and author, about the benefits of eating raw foods and her latest book “The Fully Raw Diet”. In it, Kristina shows how the raw vegan lifestyle can transform your health. Aside from weight loss and a natural energy boost, the fully raw diet is a gateway to functioning physically, emotionally, and intellectually at levels we never knew we could attain.

Not only that, Kristina’s enthusiasm and passion were truly contagious. She shared her incredible story about how she overcame hyperglycemia by following a low-fat, raw-foods diet and at the end of the interview, she demonstrates how to make a Mint Berry Julip, one of the recipes in her book.
